About the brand
Optimus has its origin in Sweden but since 2007 they belong to the Swiss Katadyn Group together with the brands Katadyn and Trek’N’Eat. Expedition kitchens from Optimus are simple and safe to use and popular worldwide. The company also has two "Gear of the Year" titles from the prestigious competition in Outdoor Magazine. Production started back in 1899 and one of their many innovations, the self-cleaning fuel system, took the world by storm.
