A 19 cm long chef's knife with an easy-to-grip wooden handle. The length of the blade makes this knife particularly good as an all-round knife. Easy to work with and low weight also makes it easy to handle. Thanks to the mix of steel in the blade, this knife keeps its sharpness very well while being easy to sharpen.
